Tom Sulyma – President
Tom has over 34 years of senior management experience within the ICI and Residential construction sectors with many of those years as a Vice President of Operations and Business Development specializing in commercial/retail and office construction, completing hundreds of turn-key projects for top branded companies throughout North America ranging in size from $35K to over $20mm in value. Tom’s diverse experience inclusive of asbestos abatement through to design and ground up construction along with his leadership skills, commitment and dedication to client satisfaction are the key in leading Synerex Construction Group Inc. Tom also possess certificates in Construction Law, Matters of Materials, Project Management, Advanced Architectural Blueprint Reading, Strengths of Materials.
Glen Steel – V.P. Sales, National Accounts
Glen brings a dedicated focus on client communication, and draws from his many years of Canadian and US Sales, Operations, and Marketing knowledge to provide healthy, equitable, and viable solutions. Glen holds Certificates in Marketing; Drafting; Blueprint Reading; Design Principles; and a recognition from Mohawk College of Applied Arts & Technology for developing, implementing, and tutoring of the Coating Fundamentals C.T.O.P (Construction Trades Orientation Program) course.
Carrie Fisher – Administration Manager
Carrie comes to Synerex Construction Group Inc. with over 15 years of direct administration management experience within the construction sector. Carrie is responsible for AP / AR and in working with our client’s various software platform’s. Having been a key member of the Safety Council in her previous position, Carrie holds certificates in training for: first aid, fall arrest, scissor lift, and fork lift operation. Carrie is responsible for Synerex’ safety training ensuring all Site PM’s have current safety certificates along with site documents containing local emergency numbers, maps to closest hospitals, tool box topic binders, etc. Carrie follows up by providing our clients with current CCDC’s, Lien Waivers, WSIB, COI’s, and ensures our Project Managers keep their Job Costing Reports to date and accurate.
Tammy Gamble – Finance Manager
Tammy comes to Synerex Construction Group Inc. with over 30 years of financial and accounting experience in various business sectors.
Graduating with high honours, Tammy holds certificates in Payroll and Accounting.
Rob Botelho – Sr Project Manager
Rob comes to Synerex Construction Group Inc. with over 25 years experience overseeing New construction, Renovations, and Remodel projects across Canada. Rob has hands on site experience as Site PM – working with Sub-Trades, City officials, Architects, Engineers, and Designers.
Allyson Migone – Project Manager
Allyson brings with her a vast knowledge within the Insurance and Restoration sectors.
Estimating
Our Estimators have years of national experience across the ICI markets. Knowledge based RFI’s, Codes, Architectural, MEP, Structural, along with Pantera’ construction software ensure Proposal’s accurately reflect our client’s Scope of Work with the desired outcome of eliminating or at least reducing a need for subsequent CCN’s, WCD’s, CO’s.
Construction Managers
Our Project Managers & Construction Managers have a wealth of knowledge with ICI projects. Experienced in taking projects from concept to completion with Quality and Communication as key tools for successful projects. Weekly reports, Progress pictures, Scheduled milestone management, ensure our Trades are on time and on budget for our Clients.
Site Project Managers
Our Site PMs are direct employees and well versed in the ICI sectors. Focussed on managing a safe workplace with and for our Trades by using Toolbox talks. Communication, cooperation, coordination are key components of a successful project. Pre-site meetings with Building Inspectors help ensure a smooth, uninterrupted project and closedown.
